Transnational meeting – Antwerp 3-5 April, 2019
The i-Protect Consortium met in Antwerp from April 3rd to 5th for the third transnational meeting. This time the host was partner Thomas More, lead by Prof. Tine Vertommen.
Ms. Paola Ottonello from the European Comission, joined us in part of the working meetings. Thank you Paola.
We also had a presentation from Veronique Lebar, President of the Comité Ethique et Sport and we will study possible ways of collaboration after the launch of the platforms.
The Consortium concentrated this time on the content of the courses being developed for the i-Protect programme as well as all the programme processes to make participation meaninful, easy and educational for all stakeholders.
A very important part of this meeting was the presentation offered by the Thomas More students with the results and recommendations of their research project. The Thomas More students tested with the children the protection activities that will be included in the i-Protect program. Two of the students who were at this time in India doing an internship joined us via video and skype to present their part. Thank you all for the good work and the nice presentation. We will implement as many of your recommendations as possible. We hope you get an excellent grade for your work.
Next meeting will take place in Palermo from the 3rd to the 5th of October.
